Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FeedPilot One, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of data you enter, and ensuring your use complies with applicable UAE laws.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in AED on the interval shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Custom plans are governed by a separate agreement.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to store unlawful content.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
