Getting Started

Welcome to the FeedPilot One documentation. This guide walks you through setting up your account, configuring your workspace and going live.

Create your account from the Get Started button, confirm your email, and you'll land in your dashboard ready to configure your organisation.

Account & Workspace Setup

Add your organisation details, branding and team members. Assign roles so each person sees exactly what they need.

Invite teammates from Settings → Team. Roles control access at the module level and are enforced on the server.

Core Modules

Each core module can be enabled from your settings. Below are the building blocks of the platform:

  • QR feedback forms — Place QR codes anywhere customers are.
  • Complaint management — Capture and resolve complaints in one flow.
  • Suggestion management — Turn ideas into a structured backlog.
  • Satisfaction tracking — Measure CSAT trends over time.
  • Ticket management — Every submission becomes a trackable ticket.
  • AI sentiment analysis — Know the tone of every message instantly.
  • AI categorization — Auto-tag issues by type and topic.
  • SLA management — Response and resolution timers built in.
  • Department routing — Send each issue to the right team automatically.
  • Escalations — Auto-escalate when SLAs are at risk.

Integrations & API

Connect third-party systems and push data where you need it. API access is available on Enterprise and Custom plans.

Generate API keys from Settings → Integrations. All requests are authenticated and scoped to your account.
